held June 15, 2011.
In addition to honoring our award winners (see below) the luncheon also paid tribute to ACS retiring Executive Director Anne Towne

Retiring Executive Director Anne Towne receives a proclamation from
Howard County Executive Ken Ulman proclaiming June 15 2011 Anne Towne Day in
Howard County. Towne also received a proclamation from the Howard County Council.
Retiring Executive Director Anne Towne will have a tree of her choices with a plaque honoring
her service planted in the newly renovated Monarch Mills. ACS President Harry Schwarz looks on.
